Ours is a 2018 in factory Jade Green — the color that drew us home. It runs a 2.4-liter four, paddle-shift transmission, Bluetooth audio, LED lighting, and that unmistakable open-cockpit growl.
Under Missouri law the Slingshot is an autocycle, not a motorcycle. A standard Class E driver's license is sufficient — no motorcycle endorsement needed. You'll want closed-toe shoes and sunglasses, and you'll probably want a second lap out of sheer delight.
